I was approached to participate in a fundraiser where we design cards based the question “When you share parts of yourself to anyone, when will you feel safe?”. Each participating artist was given a prompt and were were tasked to design one postcard based on that prompt. I created my postcard design by first drawing my desired image on paper. I then cut each individual piece out using an X-acto knife.
